At Seed Beej, we always aim to provide high-quality seeds, plants, and gardening products to our customers.
All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch.
Please review our refund and return guidelines below.


πŸ“Œ 1. No Return & No Refund Policy (Except Damaged or Wrong Product)

Due to the nature of our products (seeds, plants, soil mixes, fertilizers, gardening supplies), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

This policy exists because:

  • Seeds and plants are perishable
  • Germination depends on external factors (soil, watering, temperature, sunlight, care)
  • Products cannot be resold once opened or used
  • Handling returns may contaminate or damage products

However:
We DO support customers in case of:

βœ” Wrong product received

βœ” Damaged product received

βœ” Missing items in the parcel

In these cases, customers are eligible for replacement, NOT refund.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number
  • Provide clear photos or video of the issue
  • Product must be unused and in original condition (except damaged items)

After verification:

πŸ“Œ 3. Germination & Growth Disclaimer

We do not guarantee results such as:

  • Germination rate
  • Plant growth
  • Flowering or fruiting
  • Crop yield

Because these depend entirely on:

  • Climate
  • Watering
  • Soil conditions
  • Light exposure
  • Disease/pest management
  • Fertilizer use
  • Overall plant care

However, we ensure:

βœ” Products are checked before listing

βœ” Quality control is maintained


πŸ“Œ 4. Damaged Parcel Policy

If courier mishandles the parcel:

  • Take photos/videos at the time of opening
  • Send them to us within 48 hours
  • We will coordinate with the courier company
  • Provide a free replacement where applicable

πŸ“Œ 5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Bulbs

  • Fertilizers / Pesticides
  • Liquid products
