1. General

Welcome to SeedBeej.pk (β€œwe”, β€œour”, β€œus”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, along with our Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.

By placing an order on SeedBeej.pk, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally capable of entering into agreements
  • The information provided by you is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website where necessary.

2. Product Description & Availability

We try our best to accurately display all products, images, descriptions, and specifications. However:

  • Product colors, plant size, leaf quantity, packaging, or appearance may vary naturally
  • Live plants may experience minor transit stress during shipping
  • Seasonal products may become unavailable without notice
  • Product availability may change at any time

Seed germination, plant growth, flowering, and crop results are influenced by environmental and care conditions and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify product information
  • update prices
  • discontinue products
  • limit quantities

without prior notice.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • payment is successfully completed for prepaid orders, OR
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are verified by our team

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • stock unavailability
  • pricing or listing errors
  • suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • incomplete customer information
  • repeated failed deliveries or fake orders

If an order is cancelled, the customer will be informed through phone, WhatsApp, or email where possible.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on SeedBeej.pk are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

We currently accept:

  • Card Payments
  • Mobile Wallets
  • Raast P2M
  • Bank Transfers
  • Cash on Delivery

Payment transactions are processed through authorized and secure payment providers. We do not store complete debit or credit card information on our servers.

Prices, discounts, and offers may change without prior notice.

5. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products including seeds, live plants, soil mixes, fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening supplies, all sales are considered final.

We generally do not accept returns or provide refunds after delivery.

However, customers may qualify for replacement support in genuine cases of:

  • wrong product received
  • damaged item received
  • missing item in parcel

Important claim conditions:

  • Live plant issues must be reported within 6 hours of delivery
  • Other product issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proper unboxing video proof is mandatory for claim verification

Claims reported after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across Pakistan through third-party courier services.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to:

  • weather conditions
  • operational delays
  • courier issues
  • public holidays
  • remote delivery locations

Once an order is dispatched, tracking information may be shared with the customer.

SeedBeej.pk is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier companies after shipment handover.

7. Live Plants & Seed Disclaimer

Live plants and seeds are natural products and may behave differently depending on environmental and care conditions.

We do not guarantee:

  • seed germination percentage
  • plant survival
  • flowering or fruiting
  • crop yield
  • plant recovery after transplanting

Results depend on:

  • climate
  • watering
  • soil quality
  • sunlight
  • fertilizer usage
  • pest/disease management
  • overall plant care

Minor transit stress in plants such as:

  • slight yellow leaves
  • soft leaves
  • temporary drooping
  • soil movement

is considered normal during shipping.

8. User Responsibilities

By using SeedBeej.pk, you agree that:

  • you will provide accurate information
  • you will not misuse our services
  • you will not attempt unauthorized access to the website
  • you will not place fake or fraudulent orders
  • you will follow reasonable product usage and care instructions

Violation of these terms may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or legal action where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • logos
  • product images
  • graphics
  • text
  • product descriptions
  • branding materials

belongs to Seed Beej unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

SeedBeej.pk shall not be held responsible for:

  • germination failure
  • plant death due to improper care
  • environmental or weather-related damage
  • courier delays or mishandling
  • indirect or consequential losses

Our maximum liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the value of the purchased product/order.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
