1. Delivery Areas

SeedBeej.pk delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

We currently ship to:

  • all major cities
  • towns
  • villages
  • remote areas supported by courier services

Delivery availability may vary depending on courier network coverage.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Lahore: 1–2 working days
  • Punjab: 2–4 working days
  • Sindh: 3–5 working days
  • KPK & Balochistan: 3–6 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • weather conditions
  • courier workload
  • public holidays
  • operational delays
  • remote delivery locations

During peak seasons or sales periods, deliveries may take longer than usual.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

Orders are not processed on:

  • Sundays
  • public holidays
  • emergency closure days

Once shipped, customers may receive:

  • tracking number
  • courier details
  • SMS/WhatsApp/email confirmation

Customers can also track orders through our order tracking page where available.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • parcel weight
  • delivery location
  • courier rates
  • parcel dimensions

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Additional shipping charges may apply for:

  • oversized parcels
  • fragile items
  • remote delivery areas

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most serviceable areas across Pakistan.

Customers must ensure:

  • complete and accurate address
  • active phone number
  • availability to receive the parcel

Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in:

  • order cancellation
  • account restriction
  • future COD unavailability

COD may not be available for:

  • live plants
  • liquid products
  • fragile items
  • heavy parcels
  • selected remote areas

SeedBeej.pk reserves the right to disable COD on any order without prior notice.

6. Live Plants Shipping Disclaimer

Live plants are sensitive products and may experience temporary transit stress during shipping.

Minor issues such as:

  • soft leaves
  • slight yellowing
  • temporary drooping
  • soil movement

are considered normal during transportation.

Plant condition may also vary depending on:

  • weather
  • transit duration
  • handling during delivery

Customers are advised to open plant parcels immediately after delivery.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong item:

For live plants:

  • report within 6 hours of delivery

For all other products:

  • report within 24 hours of delivery

Required proof:

  • proper unboxing video recorded before opening parcel
  • parcel label clearly visible
  • clear photos/videos of issue

Claims without proper unboxing video proof may not qualify for replacement.

Approved claims may receive:

  • replacement item
  • store adjustment
  • next order compensation where applicable

Refunds are generally not applicable.

8. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • incorrect address
  • customer unavailable
  • phone unreachable
  • repeated failed delivery attempts
  • parcel refusal

the customer may be required to:

  • pay re-shipping charges
  • place a prepaid order for re-dispatch

SeedBeej.pk reserves the right to refuse future COD orders for repeated failed deliveries.

9. Courier Delays & Liability

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier company, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the courier service.

SeedBeej.pk is not responsible for:

  • courier delays
  • weather disruptions
  • shipment damage caused during transit
  • delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information

However, we always try our best to assist customers in resolving courier-related issues.

10. Policy Updates

Seed Beej reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
