SeedBeej.pk (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates as an online gardening store selling seeds, plants, potting mixes, fertilizers, and gardening accessories.
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements.

📌 2. Product Description & Availability

We take all measures to accurately display product details; however:

Colors, sizes, and appearances may vary slightly
Seasonal items may become out of stock
Seed germination rates are not guaranteed

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

📌 3. Orders & Order Acceptance

Your order is only confirmed once:

Payment is completed (for online payments), OR
Cash on Delivery order is verified by our team

We may cancel any order due to:

Unavailability
Incorrect pricing
Suspicious activity
Incomplete information

If an order is cancelled, we will notify you via email or phone.

📌 4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on SeedBeej.pk are in PKR and include applicable taxes (if any).
We accept:

Card Payments
Mobile Wallets
Raast P2M
Bank Transfers
Cash on Delivery

Payment security is handled by our authorized payment partners.
We do NOT store full card details.

📌 5. No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (seeds, soil, plants, fertilizers), all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of:

Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Missing items

Replacements are offered only when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

📌 6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.
Delivery times and charges are mentioned on our Shipping Policy page.
Delays due to courier, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Once shipped, tracking details are provided to the customer.

📌 7. User Responsibilities

By using SeedBeej.pk, you agree that:

You will provide accurate information
You will not misuse our services
You will not attempt to breach website security
You will not place fraudulent orders

Violation may result in suspension or legal action.

Germination failure
Plant death due to improper care
Weather-related crop issues
Delays caused by courier companies

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the order.
