At SeedBeej.pk, we aim to provide fast, affordable, and reliable delivery across Pakistan. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

📌 1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to:

  • All major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.)
  • All towns and villages supported by our courier partners

📌 2. Delivery Time

Approximate delivery times:

  • Lahore: 1–2 working days
  • Punjab: 2–4 working days
  • Sindh: 3–5 working days
  • KPK & Balochistan: 3–6 working days

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier load, or public holidays.

📌 3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fee depends on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination city
  • Courier charges

Shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

📌 4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, except Sundays or public holidays.
Once shipped, you will receive:

  • SMS/Email confirmation or track your order on our order tracking page
  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner details

📌 5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most locations.
Customers must ensure:

  • Correct address
  • Active phone number
  • Availability to receive the parcel

Refusing COD parcels repeatedly may lead to account restrictions.
COD isn’t available for🌱 live plants, 💧 liquid medicines, and parcels over 3kg 📦.

📌 6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Record a video while opening the parcel
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos/videos as proof

We will provide a replacement where applicable.

📌 7. Undelivered Orders

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Customer not responding
  • Repeated delivery attempts failed

The customer may be asked to pay re-shipping charges.
